Well everyone was trying to say that yesterday was the mark of the beast! Don’t get me wrong…the Bible talks about the mark of the beast and it is 666. But get real! And how convient for the news and others who don’t even beleive in the Bible to create so much hipe of June 6, 2006 because it contains 666. Isn’t it funny how we believe what we want to believe? Afterall securalist and non-believers join in when 666 is involved…but when we say Jesus loves you or that Jesus Saves they say who needs Jesus! Or when we speak the truth about sin like abortion or homosexuality or marriage they freak out and call Christians bigots and hatemongers.

The point is that the world will never get it! Until someone places their faith in Jesus Christ and understands that the Word of God is our guide book for how to live life we miss it! The truth is Jesus came to save this world filled with sin. This was God’s gameplan from the beginning! The beauty is that Jesus can take away our sin and make us new creations called to follow Him! That is pretty awesome and that is the truth.

So 666 got people in a uproar for a while…why not promote on the media that what really matters is who is the master of the life. Why not promote on the news everyday everyone who died without Jesus and is now eternally seperated from God…now that is 666…that is something to be concerned about. Why not report all those who now live for Jesus and are trying to make a difference so that when people do die…they have eternal life in the presence of the Creator of the universe!

Isn’t time we turn to Jesus! Isn’t it time that we share Jesus! Isn’t it time that Jesus gets the spotlight! I think so…God rules…never forget it!
